1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpusLeadsAI.cc ("we", "us", "our") platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Subscriptions and access

The Service is available only to paying subscribers and to people invited to collaborate within a paying subscriber's workspace. We do not offer free plans or free trials. Access to paid features continues only while a valid subscription is active.

Subscription fees, billing intervals, and included usage are described at checkout. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains available until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), violating the rights of others, uploading unlawful or harmful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, or using it to collect data without proper consent. You are solely responsible for the funnels, pages, and communications you create and for complying with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and lead data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for the content and contact data you process through the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service can integrate with third-party tools (such as email and CRM providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
